Article 47:   Outward Clearance


Article 47 - Port clearance

The Owner, Master or Agent of every vessel wishing to leave the Port shall obtain a Port Clearance from the Port Authority.
Port Clearance may be withheld from any ship by the Harbour Master for non-payment of port charges or for any violations to the provisions of the Laws and Regulations or for any legal cause or restraint which has been duly ordered by the Court in Abu Dhabi.
